Cold chain management
In all our offices we have an optimal cold chain management system, guaranteeing the controlled temperature at 2°/8° C, -20 °C and 8°/25°C in all process steps. Thanks to our structures and our qualified carriers we ensure the product a controlled temperature of 2 °/8 ° or 8°/25 °C.
Quarantine management
Our segregated quarantine areas, authorized by AIFA, allow us to store all products sent from production sites and subcontractors awaiting release on the market.
Narcotics management
Possibility of packaging and distribution of narcotic drugs for experimental clinical use
Management System for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API)
We have the possibility to store the active ingredients (API) at controlled temperatures of 8°/25°C and 2°/8°C.
Returns management
Our warehouses are equipped with physically and electronically segregated areas for the management of returns.
Destruction
We support companies in the management of the destruction of obsolete materials.

Monitoring and reporting of tender processes, managing tender procedures, and registration on the relevant hospital portal on behalf of the principal.
Invoicing on behalf of
Order entry with related data check, issuance of electronic invoice on behalf of the MAH and transmission to the SdI.

We are at the side of our customers for all the practices for the import and export of their products.
FAQ Logistics
Each Euromed Pharma Services Principal company has credentials available for access to the Customers restricted area through which you can track shipments.
Yes, again in the Customer area, there is an ad hoc menu that allows Principal companies to download the stock situation updated the previous evening.
Euromed Pharma Services is authorized to store:
- Drugs for human use
- Drugs for veterinary use
- Medical devices
- Foodstuffs
- Narcotics
- Raw materials (APIs)
- GMP quarantined products (pending market release)
Indicatively, orders are set up and entrusted to carriers within 24, maximum 48 hours of receiving the spool.
Obviously, timelines are subject to customization during contract sharing, especially for certain types of products (e.g., hospital and/or life-saving drugs).
The entire portfolio of carrier partners we rely on pick up shipments every afternoon.

Euromed Pharma Services is certified ISO 9001 for Quality Management System and ISO 13485 for Quality Management System in the medical device industry.
The warehouses authorized for storage of products not yet released are those in Grezzago (Via Abruzzi) and Pozzuoli.
Cambiago, Pozzuoli and Grezzago (Via Abruzzi) are the sites designated for narcotic drug management. Among them, Cambiago is the site with the most available caged pallet spaces.
